Our Clinical Exercise and Rehabilitation (CLEAR) unit caters for clients with long term neurological illnesses and special health conditions together with falls prevention and balance techniques for frailer, older adults. Additionally it has a very successful track record in providing pain relief via postural corrective exercises for those suffering from discomfort stemming from imbalances and dysfunctions of the knee and hip joints, and back, shoulder and neck joints where other clinical treatments have struggled to help.
David has specialist qualifications from Oxford Brookes University’s School of Life Sciences in exercise prescription for those with long term neurological conditions, qualifications as a Postural Stability Instructor (PSI) from Later Life Training which are recognised by Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and qualifications from The Biomechanics Method as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, which is recognised globally as the leading authority on corrective exercise education for fitness professionals.
